2013 COTR Men's Retreat Agenda
Official 2013 Men's Retreat Agenda!!!!!
When: April 19th & 20th
Where: Camp Oak hill in Oxford NC (See Directions Below)
Why: Being Men of God in Our Homes
Who: Any Male 18 or older(We ask that you do not bring any children due to not having any childcare and this time being focused on the roles in the home)
Cost: 45$ ****DO NOT LET COST BE AN ISSUES****We have some scholarship monies
(You can pay on or before the registration time on Friday, April 19th, 2013. Melvin is collecting the money)
What to bring: Toiletries, Sleeping Bag if you have one or twin sheets, pillows, and cover. Soap, towel, shower shoes, earplugs for those who snore!!!!
Registration: Will be between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM With dinner starting at 6:00 PM
Please let me know if you are willing to drive. If so you will need to be at Church on the Rock no later than 3:30 PM so that we can leave at 3:45 PM.
Those who would like to car pool please respond to this email so I can get a head count and coordinate with those men who are driving.

Directions To Camp Oak Hill
From Chapel Hill or Durham
I-85 North to Exit 202 at Oxford (Hwy 15)
Take Hwy 15 left toward Oxford
At second red light, turn left on “Truck Route”
At third red light, turn left onto Hwy 96 (do not count blinking light)
Go 14 miles until you see Camp Oak Hill signs
Turn right onto Oak Hill Road
Camp is one mile on right
From Raleigh
Take Hwy 50 North from Crabtree Mall to Creedmoor
Go straight across at red light and this will merge with Hwy 15 North
Go North on Hwy 15 toward Oxford
After passing under I-85 go two miles to second red light
Turn left at red light onto “Truck Route”
To to 3rd red light and turn left onto Hwy 96 North (do not count blinking light)
Go about 14 miles to Camp Oak Hill signs
Turn right onto Oak Hill Road
Camp is one mile on right
From Richmond
Take I-85 South
Exit at Oxford Exit (Hwy 158)
Turn right onto Hwy 158
Go to 1st red light
Turn right onto “Truck Route”
Follow “Truck Route” to Hwy 96
Turn right onto Hwy 96
Go about 14 miles until you see Camp Oak Hill signs
Turn right onto Oak Hill Road
Camp is one mile on the right
Crown Money Map Seminar
Provides a live, personalized, fast-paced experience on how God intersects with our money and our lives. You will also learn how to live a debt-free life and improve communication with your spouse.
Participants will learn how to manage money in practical ways by applying God’s wisdom. This process results in creating a personalized plan for managing their finances while deepening their understanding of possessions, stewardship, and faithfulness.
Practical steps are provided on how to avoid or eliminate debt, establish a plan to properly manage resources, and more. Participants will be more confident and better equipped to make decisions about their financial goals.
